March 1963 First established as Central Warehouse Co. with capital of 20 million yen provided in full by Minsei Spinning Co., Ltd. (now Toyota Boshoku Corporation) for the purpose of providing warehousing and transportation services
August Capital increased to 50 million yen
February 1973 Toyota Tsusho Corporation acquired all stock in the company
June Increased capital to 200 million yen under full ownership of Toyota Tsusho Corporation
