March 1963 First established as Central Warehouse Co. with capital of 20 million yen provided in full by Minsei Spinning Co., Ltd. (now Toyota Boshoku Corporation) with the aim of handling warehousing and shipping operations
August Capital increased to 50 million yen
February 1973 Toyota Tsusho Corporation acquired all stock in the company
June Increased capital to 200 million yen under full ownership of Toyota Tsusho Corporation
Company name changed to Toyotsu Warehouse Co., Ltd.
December 1977 Capital increased to 250 million yen
October 1990 The company changed its name to Toyotsu Logistics Service Co., Ltd. in order to boost its image, aiming to establish an integrated logistics system
